My order didn’t ship for several weeks until I contacted customer service. When my order arrived, I could tell it was haphazardly packaged, and one of the items was missing.
I had ordered the BagBottle in meadow green, but received a completely different color. The quality is not great. It’s sturdy material, but the bottle is hard to open and leaks if the mouthpiece isn’t positioned *just right*. They sent me one of the ombre colorways, and some of the exterior was already chipping when it got to me.
Thankfully, I got a full refund, but I will never order from this company again. Either it’s a scam or just poorly run, but either way they wasted my time.
