Shipping Country
HOLOHOLO provides shipping services to a wide range of destinations. However, for customers within the 48 contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders that meet or exceed a subtotal value of $59. It should be noted that shipments directed to PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses, as well as areas in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam are not eligible for this free shipping offer, regardless of the order value.

Transportation Time

In cases where orders are placed and payment is successfully finalized before 12pm PST, we make every effort to process and ship the order on the same day, provided it is not a national holiday or weekend.
- Shipping Duration: Once your order has been shipped, you can generally expect its arrival within 3 to 4 business days. This estimated time frame is subject to potential variations due to factors such as fluctuations in the carrier's operational schedules and local delivery conditions.
- Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This communication will contain a unique tracking number that enables you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take 1 to 2 business days for the carrier's tracking system to fully update and reflect the most current status of your package.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is a government-mandated consumption tax applied to the sale of goods and services. The amount of sales tax varies depending on the customer’s location, as different states, cities, and counties have different tax rates.
Sales tax for all orders is automatically calculated based on the customer’s location. The prices displayed for products and shipping do not include sales tax. During checkout, the applicable sales tax will be added according to the customer’s shipping address.
