At HOLOHOLO, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all orders placed directly through our website.
Please Note
We partner with premium carriers such as FedEx and USPS, which may result in higher shipping costs. Before initiating a return, please carefully review our return policy. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
For quality issues or company errors, we cover return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference (e.g., changing your mind), returns are accepted within 30 days, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fees based on the carrier chosen.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Products – Personalized or special orders
- Hazardous Materials – Flammable liquids, gases, or other unsafe items
- Final Clearance Items – Marked as “final clearance,” unless there is a quality issue
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return, contact our customer service team at service@holohololife.com and provide the reason for your return. If eligible, we will provide a return shipping label. For exchanges, you may place a separate order for the new item while your return is being processed to avoid delays.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether it meets our return criteria.
Refund Method
If the item meets our return criteria, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Time
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please check with your bank or credit card company, and contact us if further assistance is needed.
