Holoholo Warranty Policy

What is Covered?

HOLOHOLO products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use at the time of the initial purchase. This lifetime warranty covers issues such as degradation of thermal performance and defects in product quality.

This warranty applies only when products are used and cared for according to the provided care and usage instructions.

The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from HOLOHOLO or an authorized seller.

What is Not Covered?

The following situations are not covered by our warranty:

  • Counterfeit or Fake Products
  • Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, dents, blemishes, and other marks that occur naturally during regular use.
  • Damage or Defects Caused by:
    1. Failure to follow the care and use instructions provided
    2. Accidents
    3. Modifications made after purchase (e.g., engraving, added accessories)
    4. Misuse, abuse, or neglect
    5. Natural disasters or accidents (e.g., fire)

Important Note: This warranty does not cover non-stainless steel parts or materials (such as Tritan, silicone, or other non-metal components) if damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the care instructions.

Warranty Period

  • The warranty for all HOLOHOLO drinkware (including stainless steel, Tritan, silicone, and other safe materials) lasts for the lifetime of the product, excluding lids, seals, and straws, which may have a shorter lifespan.

Warranty Requirements

To process your warranty claim, we may require:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation)
  • Photos or videos of the product, highlighting the defect or damage area

We may ask you to provide additional evidence (e.g., photos or videos) to help us verify the issue.

What Will HOLOHOLO Do if the Product is Covered by Warranty?

If your product is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Replacement products will be of similar or equal value, and we will reach out to discuss options if no comparable products are available. Please note, replacements may not match the original color or finish.

If the product is customized (e.g., personalized engraving), we cannot replicate the custom design on the replacement product.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email our customer service team at officialholoholo@outlook.com, providing the following:

  • Your proof of purchase (if available)
  • Photos or videos of the product, showing the defect or damage

A dedicated team member will review your claim and get in touch with you shortly to resolve the issue.

Additional Information

  • This warranty is your exclusive warranty and is the only warranty available for HOLOHOLO products.
  • Distributors, resellers, or retail stores are not authorized to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty.

In no event shall HOLOHOLO be liable for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
